The bike is a 1980 Yamaha YZ465G, The Chassis etc is all powder coated, Both wheels have been rebuilt, Any way the engine wasn't in the best of condition when took it appart so i decided to give it the  full treatment. Engine crank cases blue printed  to cylinder and polished, Full crank and rod rebuild ,New gearbox, and finished of with a nice oversize Wiseco piston, The best thing i love about the bike is the origonal
exhaust and silencer, parts which are very hard to find now and i like to keep the bikes looking as they did when they were new.

I Have a few more projects on the go as well, im currently doing a 1978 YZ125 and a 1985 YZ490, But the best one i cant wait to finish is a 1982 yz490J Which i am fully rebuilding but with a difference, i am converting it back to the old monoshock with no rear linkage !!!!. I will send you pics as i  finish these bikes,

Regards to you all at VRM,

Hi Ray, Yes it is one of your seat covers and i must say its one of the best quality covers i've ever bought, Even to the extent that one of my friends managed to get hold of a new old stock seat for his YZ 250H and says mine looks better !!!. I Haven't got any pics of me riding the bike yet as i have had other commitment's but i will send you some better pics of it and the spec.

Many thanks for the interest

Andy.
